With the people's living standard increasing year by year,the disposable funds is steadily increasing,leading to the prosperity of the consumer products market.The catering market is more and more active,in recent years,there are many international fast food chains such as McDonald's,KFC in China and,at the same time,many domestic well-known fast-food chains such as Yonghe soybean milk,Hehegu,etc are welcomed in China.As the bright younger generation,Clay pot king company,since its establishment in 2012,already has several stores,get a lot of customers.In this essay,I analysis the characteristics of Clay pot king company,the company's market position;according to the market segmentation,determining its target market;in the end,through the study of Clay pot king marketing strategy,more in-depth studies were done at the product level,price level,channel level and promotion level;which is more important,according to the characteristics of the catering industry,I also put forward the fifth service level,highlighting the company out of the ordinary in the particular trade marketing.In addition,the company is now very popular with the Internet thinking,and established a number of new ideas and new ideas.On the basis of the above research results,this essay also puts forward some suggestions and security solutions of the marketing strategy.
