By the 21st century,with the rapid development of Internet technology,informationtechnology has started a full range of influence on the social economy,in particular,the management of enterprise has improved greatly because of theinformationization and modernization of enterprise production management.As the core of enterprise management,financial management informationization is the first step in the overallconstruction of enterprise information,the information level has a significant impact on enterprise competitiveness.But currently there is no unified information sharing financial management platform in most enterprises that It's very hard torealize the convenient and quick information transformation and sharing between enterprises and administrative departments and among theenterprises themselves.At the same time,it'sunable to make the targetedfinancial reporting for different information users.This makes it difficult for information users to do information mining and analysis,while also increasing the risk of data errors.And the brith of XBRL(Xtensible Business Reporting Language)has solved these problems very well.In a standardized platform,XBRL as a result of basing on XML language markedness,can meet the personalized needs of various different information users by generating the corresponding financial documentsaccording to different conditions.For this feature we just need to edit one financial statements and then other information users can generate different financial statementsaccording to their own needsin the general form of financial statements and to make the reporting and analysis and extractingoffinancial data come true.The accuracy and efficiency of information delivery are achieved.But the applying of XBRL financial report in our country has juststarted which is far later than abroad,that it is bound to encounter many difficulties in the promotion and useot the XBRL for lacking of technology and theory.Because of this,XBRL can only be further developed by constantly discovering and solving the problems that arise during the use of the process.In this study,we will take M company for example and give out the recommendation to the issues that appeared in using XBRL.According to the related theory is applied to the actual case,in the case of mastery of M company related information,intuitively displayingthe current situation of the application of XBRL financial report in M companythrough the combination of text and chart,and putting forward reasonable suggestions and measuresat the main problems and the cause of them that existing in the application of XBRL.The purpose of the research is further analyzing and studying the current situation of M company's using of XBRL that have been mastered under the theory of XBRL,and then come up with some reasonable suggestions forthe existence of enterprise.
