Research On Equity Incentive Effect Of ZX Company

In the early 1950s,the United States began to equity incentive,in many developed countries began to carry out equity incentive plan in 50s.However,China began to implement the equity incentive plan in 90s of last century,has entered the stage of equity incentive.After the promulgation of Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission the "equity incentive management approach",and most of the listed companies to regulate their own structure,and has carried on the reform of non tradable shares,institutional environment.The development of economic environment makes it more and more listed companies in the implementation of equity incentive plan,incentive case analysis and research,is conducive to the understanding of equity incentive theory,at the same time,the research and evaluation of the implementation effect,in favor of the plan,the company's strengths weaknesses,can make the design more scientific and reasonable equity incentive plan and implement equity incentive plan.Based on the domestic and foreign research on the effect of the implementation of equity incentive in China,this paper takes ZX company as an example to implement the equity incentive plan.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the equity incentive plan.In the case analysis part,we use a variety of research methods,including qualitative and quantitative methods,and the combination of theoretical analysis and case analysis.First of all,this paper analyzes the positive impact and negative impact of the implementation of the equity incentive on the enterprise,and applies the results to the case study to find out the problems of the implementation of equity incentive ZX.Analysis and comparison of transverse and longitudinal contrast combination differences are summarized and ZX after the implementation of equity incentive scheme in comparison,comparison of Listed Companies in the same industry,whether the company has the beneficial influence of equity incentive companies.
