With the rapid development of economy,social and ecological environment of enterprise human resources system become unpredictable,and enterprise human resource ecosystem becomes more and more unstable,which seriously affect the efficiency of enterprise human resources,so how to maintain the stable development of the enterprise human resource ecosystem,and promote the coordination of enterprise human resources and social ecosystem has become the main concern in the modern enterprise.Due to the complexity of structure and environment of enterprise human resource ecosystem,multiplicity of the connotation of stability,subjectivity of influencing factors of stability,the development of related theories of human resource ecosystem has been restricted and the efficiency of human resource management has also been adversely affected.The paper is guided by the theories of self-organization,ecology and system dynamics,and based on the methods of literature research,comparative research,empirical research and statistical analysis,the paper analyzes the structure and stability of human resource ecosystem in enterprises,which provides new methods and theoretical support for human resource management.First of all,the domestic and foreign literatures are summarized,and the structure of enterprise human resources ecosystem is analyzed by using the self-organization theory,Then,we define the connotation of the stability of human resource ecosystem scientifically through the comparative study,Finally,the system dynamics method and statistical analysis method are used to construct the dynamic model of human resource ecosystem stability,sensitivity analysis and policy simulation are also done.Through the research of this paper,we can get the following conclusions:(1)The enterprise human resource ecosystem have characteristics such as complexity,openness,non-equilibrium and non-linear,the self-organization structure including basic security systems,input and output systems,control systems,corporate culture systems and external environment systems.(2)The structure of enterprise human resource ecosystem includes the enterprise human resources subsystem,the enterprise institution subsystem,the economic subsystem,the culture subsystem and the enterprise external environment subsystem,and the relations among subsystems affect each other and develop together.(3)The stability of enterprise human resources ecosystem includes two aspects,namely "anti-interference ability" and"resilience".(4)The stability of enterprise human resource ecosystem is influenced not only by individual factors,but also by the combined effects of factors.The main innovation of this dissertation is to explore the intrinsic relationship between the stability factors from the view of system dynamics,as to find the key effects on the stability of enterprise human resource ecosystem,which is an exploration of the human resource ecosystem of enterprises.
