The Impact Of Human Capital On The Duration Of Unemployment Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the constant progress of the society,the agricultural modernization of our country and the urban-rural integration process have achieved leapfrog development,more and more rural labor have released from the old agriculture pattern –the face towards the loess and the back towards the sky,constantly from rural to urban employment;and with the addition of a new generation of migrant workers,the employment way of migrant workers and the select work way in the urban have had very big change.Then,when the new generation peasant workers go to urban employment,what dreams and hopes they have? What kind of talent and ambition they have? What's the result of they select work finally?This paper uses the National Natural Science Foundation of China,"the new generation of migrant workers unemployment risk response behavior and unemployment management policy coordination research" task force on the new generation of migrant workers in the past three years survey data,to study the new generation of migrant workers' work search Behavior.New generation of migrant workers on the relative human capital of generation of migrant workers,the general human capital and special human capital has made considerable progress.Based on the existing research and literature,this paper puts forward a series of job search model of the basic assumptions,and then on the basis of this puts forward two assumptions: assuming general human capital and special human capital has positive influence on Cenozoic migrant workers work to search.Based on the human capital stock and the unemployment duration of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper constructs the variable system,chooses two general variables of general human capital and special human capital,and further subdivides it into educational level,Marital status,health status,vocational skills training,family situation,self-awareness,job search and social security eight secondary variables.With the analysis of survey data and measurement tools,and studied the new generation of migrant workers in our country unemployment duration and the correlation of related variables impact on the duration of unemployment.Finally,this article base on the data analysis and reference to previous research,from the perspective of shortening the duration of unemployment of new generation of migrant workers,the new generation of migrant workers from several aspects,market and government put forward the corresponding suggestion,in order to provide more market more suitable jobs,unemployed migrant workers from their own actual conditions,combining government re-employment security services,to find a suitable job as soon as possible,so as to improve the quality of new generation of migrant workers again obtain employment,promote their happiness index,realize the harmonious development of society.
