| Rural finance is always the weakest link in the development of China’s financial system and rural financial development for China’s economic development is very critical,therefore it has important significance for the study of rural finance.Farmers borrowing is the main part of rural finance,but the economic foundation of China’s rural households are commonly weak.Lenders must solve economic difficulties,so farmers can exist by borrowing,which is conducive to improve the rural economy level and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.In rural China is a relationship oriented society,social capital will affect the farmers’ borrowing behaviors.In the market and the acceleration of urbanization today the type,occupation and income level of farmers have undergone differentiation,which makes the borrowing behavior characteristics of farmers and related economic activities are quite different.So the analysis of rural household differentiation and agency has important practical significance to the capital which will affect the borrowing behavior of rural households.In the basic research on the reference before,the farmers as the research object,research based on two element structure of rural finance,social capital and the effect of the rural household differentiation on private lending and formal lending.The main contents of this paper include the following parts: firstly,the research background of this paper,clarify the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research contents and structure of this paper,methods and technical route;secondly,on rural household differentiation,related theories and Research on social capital and rural household borrowing behavior are summarized,providing the basis for this article writing;again,on the spot investigation data sample descriptive statistical analysis,including the basic situation of sample farmers,social capital characteristics of farmers,the rural household differentiation characteristics,borrowing characteristics of different types of farmers;and then by factor analysis of social capital,the individual characteristic variables of farmers,rural household differentiation variables and social capital variables,lending variables into the Mlogit model on the farmers’ credit practices of empirical research,this paper finally draws the conclusion,put forward policy recommendations.The results show that:(1)the survey sample descriptive analysis of household different data indicate that farmers have not only the traditional small farmers,farmers are already engaged in non-agricultural production gradually,widespread farmers and industry behavior,with the income level of rural population increasing,the average annual per capita income of farmers in the on a certain degree of differentiation.(2)the differentiation degree of farmers including horizontal differentiation and vertical differentiation has a significant impact on Farmers’ borrowing and formal lending;social network,trust and participation of farmers’ choice of private lending has significant influence on social trust,norms,reciprocity of farmers’ choice of formal lending significantly affected the age;the influence of family,education,population and loan applications on farmers borrowing significantly.(3)The impact of social capital on Farmers’ borrowing behaviors with Farmers in the different degree of differentiation and change,and household level differentiation degree is higher than vertical differentiation of the farmers on the influence.Finally according to the conclusion,this paper provide differentiated financial services,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions of farmer’s social capital and rural financial institutions and other aspects of innovation and cultivation. |
