Research On Equity Crowdfunding From The Perspectives Of Structure And Content

After more than 20 years of development,the World Wide Web has become the world's largest public data source,analysis and mining of these massive and rich network resources is of great value.Under normal circumstances,analysis and mining can be conducted by three dimensions:structure,content and use.As more and more organizations move their business on the Internet,all kinds of websites become popular targets for analysis and mining,including government websites at all levels,academic institutions and numerous commercial websites.Equity crowdfunding is a new means of corporate financing,which refers to releasing a project on the website,the enterprise try to raise a certain amount of funds and transfer the corresponding equity,investors pay more than the minimum amount of funds to obtain the corresponding equity.The websites in the process take the role of fund custodian,and charge a certain percentage of brokerage.Equity crowdfunding alleviate the financing difficulties of SMEs to some degree.After the rapid development in recent years,the current domestic equity crowdfunding's growth slowed down and popularity reduced,the industry's development return to be rational.There are a lot of places worth studying and analyzing on the equity crowdfunding websites especially those focus in venture capital investment and physical shop which are closer to the way general public start up business.There are many research perspectives abroad on equity crowdfunding,involving finance,law,society and user behavior,and domestic research mainly focuses on the research in finance,law but seldom in information science neither home nor abroad.The development of the domestic equity crowdfunding can only be known through industrial reports which is lack of comprehensive and in-depth understanding.In view of the extensive website evaluation and Web data mining of information science,based on the relevant data that can be collected from the websites,I choose to analyze the equity crowdfunding websites those focus on venture capital investment and physical shop from the perspectives of structure and content,so as to obtain valuable conclusions to help the operation of the websites,the development of the industry and the user's experience.The first chapter introduces the background and the research status of equity crowdfunding home and abroad,and points out that it is of great practical significance to analyze the related websites.Based on related research and methods of information science,two dimensions of empirical analysis from structure and content are determined to be carried out.In the second chapter,four theoretical methods of link analysis,social network analysis,cluster analysis and association rule mining used in the research are discussed as the basis of this study.The third chapter represents the data collection and preprocessing.Because there is no complete and accurate second-hand data source,this study needs to crawl the data of the co-URL between 40 websites and the successful projects.And then according to the needs of the analysis,turn the original data into a standardized format.The fourth chapter carries on social network analysis to the network structure of the equity crowdfunding websites,which is carried out from the whole network,the sub-network and the individual attribute.In the fifth chapter,the core content of the websites is analyzed and mined.Statistical analysis,similarity analysis and association rule mining are carried out.The last chapter summarizes the ideas,research methods and some main conclusions of the paper and analyzes the shortcomings and further research directions of the study.
