Research On The Evolution Of New-type Urbanization In Jiangxi Province

Since the reform and opening-up policy,China's urbanization process has been advanced in leaps and bounds.Through a traditional urbanization development process,China's urbanization also reached a new stage of urbanization growth.New-type urbanization research is currently receiving an increasing amount of attention in the filed of regional economic workers scientific.China's "Rise of central China strategy" puts forward new requirement to Jiangxi,one of the six provinces in central China.However,certain blocking issues in Jiangxi still are: the overall small scale and low-level of urbanization,the insufficient infrastructure input,the striking dual structure of urban and rural areas and lagging behind of ecological environment construction.This series of issues has been seriously hindering the future social and econmic development in Jiangxi.Therefore,on the basis of reasonable,comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the urbanization in Jiangxi,it is necessary to give theoretical support to the solution to the specific problems.Based on the data of Jiangxi from 2003 to 2014,this paper measures the overall urbanization quality of Jiangxi according to the time series evolution analysis method and compares the development status of each subsystem index.The results reveal that the quality of new urbanization in Jiangxi has been continuously improved since 2003,and the scores of each index show significantly difference.This paper would provide the according detailed explanation on these.Then,the paper analyzes the comprehensive index of urbanization development in 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi province.By dealing with five systems,21 indicators and cross-sectional data,the sum of three years were scored and ranked separately.By using the natural fracture method,the urbanization quality of each city presents in three-dimensional map by opengeoda software in chronological order,and it was divided into three grades.In order to analyze the present situation of the new urbanization quality in Jiangxi,this paper constructs the index system from five aspects: the quality of economic development,the quality of social development,the quality of ecological environment,the quality of life of people and the quality of urban and rural coordination.According to the factor analysis method,the new good,medium and general grades are optimized.Subsequently,the provincial and horizontal spatial differences were evaluated.Based on the data analysis of the regional differences of 11 prefecture level cities in2014,it is found that the urbanization quality of Nanchang and Xinyu is the highest.Likewise,in light of on the horizontal evaluation of the urbanization quality of the six provinces in central China in 2014,it apparently shows that the scores of Jiangxi and Henan in the central six provinces are similar and are in the last rank,which are the lower quality of the middle urbanization.Finally,some suggestions are proposed in this paper the paper in order to advance the development of urbanization in Jiangxi Province.
