In the background accelerated pace of globalization and China's gradual opening and reforming,in order to cope with the more fierce competition of environment,the managers Daqing oilfield property company gradually realize the significance about both optimizing enterprise internal management and updating equipment management,on this side,they do themselves best to achieve good results.However,there are two factors,the competitive of environment and the intensity of uncertain content,that caused many of the problems on equipment management,and so on,it is necessary to adjust the countermeasures of equipment management.Only in this way can they reduce production costs and improve the enterprise's competitiveness.the urgent need to change the equipment management measures,so as to reduce the production cost,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the study of equipment management,and the study relates to some modern management know-how.The researching object of this thesis is the equipment management of the daqing oil field property company,and the researching method contains qualitative analysis,case analysis,spot field investigation and etc.and simultaneously,on the basis of the theory of domestic and international advanced equipment management.In the thesis,the author analyzes the present situation of equipment management of in the Peripheral Daqing oilfield property company,and then proposes how to further improve the strategy of equipment management.The main research content includes the following five aspects of content: Firstly,to elaborate the research background,purpose and significance;Secondly,to introduce correlation theory,providing theoretical basis for further research;Thirdly,to introduce the company equipment management status and existing problems,mainly includes that the equipment failure rate is high,the equipment maintenance costs rise year by year,the equipment maintenance management process is not scientific,non-standard equipment inspection management,the problem such as equipment inventory management process is not clear;Fourthly,to propose the improvement ideas,improvement of target and principles of improvement,and put forward concrete improvement strategies,including fault management strategy,equipment cost management strategy,implementing equipment repair management process,equipment inspection management mode,inventory management mode,etc.Above all,the ultimate goal of writing this paper is to direct to solve the problems exiting in the company equipment management,and to provide reference and guidance,and so as to improve the efficiency of equipment management.
