In the grand strategy of the national talents development,the enterprise's human resources management should be adapted to changes in the internal and external environment,and continue to reform in order to match the recruitment environment.Coal enterprise A is in strategic transformation process,it is not always easy to recruit the suitable middle manager,and the cost of recruiting middle managers is much more than the recruitment of ordinary staff,in order to play its own role in the position for new hired middle manager and improve the efficiency of corporate strategic transformation,the enterprise should consider the suitability of the manager and its position.Literature and questionnaire methods are applied to this study,through the literature method the author summarizes the concept of job competency,theory and model,job competence and recruitment management research,middle management personnel recruitment etc.Current situation of the recruitment middle manager of coal company A will be analyzed,for finding the reasons why it is hard to recruit middle managers and the problems in recruitment.Through the questionnaires and SPSS,the Competency Model and Index System of Middle manager are obtained,including professional knowledge,skills,leading ability,personal ability,personality and achievement-oriented.On the basis of the research,both the the Competency Model and Index System of Middle manager will be applied in structured interview,including position analysis process,interview questions and interview evaluation form.And then make an evaluation of the minddle manager's recruitment interview and advantages.
