The development of Mobile Web has changed people`s lifestyles and habits,and also brought new opportunities for the development of tourism e-commerce.Since travel APP has penetrated into all aspects of tourists` travel,it is quite necessary to research the influence factors on adoption intention of travel APP users.In this thesis,the travel APP user adoption intention model is built based on the technology acceptance model,innovation diffusion model and software quality model.This model includes the APP`s features,cognitive and perceptual processes and user`s adoption intention of the new technologies.Meanwhile,this model consolidates and expands the previous models to ensure model integrity,which can enhance the degree of interpretation about user`s adoption intention.In this thesis,the data is collected through questionnaires by taking tourists in Chengdu famous tourist attractions as samples,which lasts five months,and 804 effective questionnaires are finally got.The results show that the model fitting of measuring model is higher,while the reliability and convergent validity and discriminant validity does pretty well.Meanwhile,the model fitting of structural model is also higher and most of the hypotheses are supported.Relative advantage of travel APP has positive effects on users` involvement.Compatibility of travel APP affects positively users` involvement and attitude,while complexity of travel APP has negative effects on users` involvement and attitude.Social interaction of travel APP also affects positively users` involvement.UI aesthetic of travel APP is positively associated with the users` involvement and attitude.Users` involvement has positive effects on users` attitude and adoption intention of travel APP.Users` attitude affects positively user`s travel intention of travel APP.In this thesis,several conclusions and recommendations for management are drew as following.The travel APP user adoption intention model is built with the degree of interpretation being 0.44,which means that the model built does pretty well.The influence factors on adoption intention of travel APP users are obtained through empirical research.The research results show that relative advantage,compatibility,complexity,social interaction and UI aesthetics have influence on the adoption intention of travel APP users.Relative advantage is the most important factor on user`s adoption intention because it has the largest path coefficient with the involvement.Operations should make full use of the App Store production description,screen shots and the preview of APP to convey the comparative advantage of travel APP to the users.This thesis has introduced social interaction and UI aesthetic to the research on adoption intention of travel APP users,which has enriched the study of social interaction and UI aesthetic.
