Study On Evaluation Model Of Vegetable Industry Information System

As a strong force driving the course of agricultural informationization,information system,which can effectively accommodate itself to the demands of modernized management,has gradually become an important symbol of modernized management of the agricultural industry in recent years.China is a great vegetable producer and exporter,the application of information system in the vegetable industry can improve the current extensive management and the relatively backward mode of business operation of the vegetable industry in China.However,due to various reasons,the application of many information systems in the practical production fails to achieve an ideal effect,and a dilemma emerges,in which,various information systems have been developed,but a highly limited number of systems truly manifest the practical value.This dilemma can be attributed to many reasons,such as the complexity and risks the information systems,and the limited acceptance of the systems among the users.Specifically speaking,the deficiency of timely and effective evaluation of the information systems is an important reason.In comparison with other industries that have achieved rapid development in informationization,the evaluation of the information system on agriculture seems to be especially backward.Therefore,the research on the theories and methods of the evaluation of the information system on agriculture urgently needs to be reinforced.The analysis and summary of relevant domestic and overseas research are considered as the basis of this paper,and the characteristics of the vegetable industry information system are integrated.Furthermore,the established achievements in the research of the theory of software engineering quality management and the academic circle are regarded as a reference,and opinions of exerts and scholars are thoroughly consulted,through which,the evaluation index system of the vegetable industry information system is established.Furthermore,analytic hierarchy process is adopted to establish an evaluation model of the vegetable industry information system.“Wuli Community Vegetable Industry Information System”,which is relatively typical and favorably operated in terms of agricultural informationization,is selected as an object of evaluation.The established evaluation model is adopted in the research of this living example.The finding of the evaluation is approved by experts and managerial personnel,and it is quite consistent with the current situation of this system.Through the analysis of the findings of the evaluation,the reliability of the evaluation model is further verified,and certain suggestions of improving and perfecting the construction of the information system are proposed.Please see the content and achievements of this research below:(1)Analytic hierarchy process-based evaluation index system of the vegetable industry information systemEvaluation index system is the foundation of the overall evaluation project and evaluation model.In accordance with the practical situation and characteristics of the vegetable industry information system,the software engineering quality management index is taken as the foundation,and the existing evaluation index system in the academic circle is taken as the reference.Furthermore,opinions of the experts and scholars are thoroughly consulted,and the principles of the evaluation index in the scientific nature,associated independence,integrality and operability are selected and complied with in the establishment of the evaluation index system of the vegetable industry information system.In addition,the threshold value of the evaluation index is also provided,hoping to implement intensified integration of the evaluation system and the vegetable industry.(2)Evaluation model of vegetable industry information system based on Analytic Hierarchy ProcessThe theory of quality management,the basic theory of information system evaluation,the common evaluation methods and thoughts are analyzed and summarized.On this basis,analytic hierarchy process is selected as the method of establishing the evaluation model in this paper.Based on the hierarchy index system,a vegetable industry information system evaluation model which contains the nine dimensions of functionality,reliability,ease of use,efficiency,maintainability,portability,system properties,system completenessand system effectiveness is established.In accordance with the calculation of the relative importance of indexes on the various layers and the internal layer,the weighted value of the various indexes and layers is confirmed in the model.(3)Case analysis of the evaluation of the vegetable industry information system“Wuli Community Vegetable Industry Information System”,which is relatively typical and favorably operated in terms of agricultural informationization,is selected as an object of evaluation.Based on the thorough understanding of the background of its establishment,as well as the demands,functions and technological framework of the system,the performance,function,properties and effectiveness of the system are evaluated through the evaluation model.Through the practical application of this system,the results of the evaluation are analyzed and summarized,and approved by the experts and managerial personnel.The reliability of this evaluation model is further verified,and certain suggestions of improving and perfecting the construction of the information system are proposed.
