Investment is the local government or local government set up the development zone to convince investors transferee of land or lease plants as the main form,to attract capital and technology to revitalize the local economy activity,is for the sales behavior in a certain area of investment environment.As the organizer of the investment of local government or local government set up the development zone to do investment work,must establish the idea of investment to investors,"Pro business" and "understand";to carry out investment activities by system thinking method;ideas and methods for marketing guidance work of investment;by means of marketing adjust the investment strategy of diversification and flexibility,so as to achieve the purpose of economic development,the promotion of investment.This paper studies the Jiangsu province Rudong Economic Development Zone Management Committee in 2006 was named the most investment in Yangtze River Delta belongs to Nantong City,as the incentive competition in China’s investment environment,Rudong Economic Development Zone in the course of business must also exist some difficulties and problems,this research is combined with the development of the Rudong Economic Development Zone,are the competitiveness of local investment analysis,to find out the gap existing in Rudong Economic Development Zone investment problems,put forward a better marketing strategy has very important practical significance to improve the Rudong Economic Development Zone Investment capacity.Rudong economic development zone was established as a provincial economic development zone 20 years,both the "Lean River near the sea of Shanghai" geographical advantages,Nantong has the most difficult road through environmental disadvantages;both "connected South of Jiangsu,Shanghai docking opportunities",and "a combination of city and the challenges industrial upgrading",with adequate research value.In this paper,the use of literature research method,survey method,PEST analysis,SWOT model analysis,marketing 4P theory.The research will be related to investment concept,marketing strategy theory and literature as the theoretical basis to the development situation of domestic development zone and Rudong Economic Development Zone investment situation as the research background,research methods are based on empirical research and literature research,experience and analysis of existing problems of Rudong Economic Development Zone in the process of investment and further the development of opportunities and challenges,and finally from the marketing perspective,combined with the theory of investment of marketing strategy and analysis of status quo of China Merchants Investment East Development Zone,which puts forward the development strategy of Rudong Economic Development Zone,the new investment mode.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the future investment of China merchants.
