| With the implementation of the national high-speed rail “going out “ strategy and the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises mixed ownership reform,the central enterprises in the high-speed rail industry responded to the national policies.On the one hand,the internal reform of state-owned enterprises was carried out steadily,on the other hand,actively participate in the competition in the global high-speed rail market.Central enterprises shoulder the responsibility of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets.In overseas project contracting,direct investment,foreign trade,due to geographical factors,political factors,management factors and other reasons,prone to asset loss.The new mixed ownership reform,bring the vitality to the central enterprises,while to foreign assets supervision has brought new changes.Under the framework of mixed ownership of overseas assets of central enterprises supervision,to safeguard the safety of state-owned assets,is of great significance.The research object of this paper is R company,listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange,completed the equity diversification reform company.The R company and multinational companies in the overseas asset regulatory model for comparative study.By using the methods of comparative analysis,causal analysis,literature analysis and case study,this paper studies the problems existing in the overseas assets supervision of R company.To build a central enterprises overseas asset regulatory model,in line with government regulatory needs,in line with the needs of shareholders and listed regulatory agencies,in line with the enterprise development stage.The optimization and improvement suggestions are put forward to further improve the model.Through the research,the paper summarizes the general rules of overseas assets supervision of central enterprises under the framework of mixed ownership,and provides reference for the same industry and the same type of enterprises. |
