Analysis On The Financial Management Of The Pre-NEEQ Companies

In recent years,NEEQ market has gradually become a vital part of the capital market system in our country with its increasing activity and rapid growth speed.As the growth in the number of companies listed,it is easy to find that the regulation of the financial management maintains the important threshold on the NEEQ market all the time.In many companies that will be listed on the NEEQ market because of a large scale and facing funding needs,however,their managers has never recognized the importance of standard financial management in corporate governance especially after entering the capital market.There are many listed companies has a lot of serious problems in the aspect of corporate governance and financial because their small scale and short history,which directly affect wheather they can be listed successfully.The audit on the enterprise profit is not strict in the NEEQ market,but pay more attention to standardization and whether the enterprise can sustainable management.Enterprise management specification and standard financial management directly affect the enterprise real financial results,and decided the lifeblood for further development of the enterprise,as well as the future economic interests of investors.Therefore,the listed company(or the enterprise failed in listing)should truly realize the importance of standard management from top to bottom are,and aiming at the existing defects and problems of their own as soon as possible for improvement or rectification.This article mainly adopts the theory of specifications combined with a case study approach,with some of the irregularities which L company showed before listing on the NEEQ market as the research object.With the analysis on the current situation of L company internal management and financial,this paper put forward the optimizing countermeasures which should be taken to solve these problems and recommendations,thus reminder that more small and mid-sized enterprise should pay attention to these important standard financial problems to point with surface,providing improvement ideas and practice guidance for more listed company on the way of formalization and standardization.
