An Research On The Role Of Returning Peasants In Entrepreneurship And Poverty Alleviation In Chaoyang County

Chaoyang county,Located in the west of Liaoning province,was once a national-level poverty county.Now it becomes a provincial key anti-poverty county in Liaoning province.The task to be free of poverty is crucially hard because of large number of poor people,scattered distribution and high proportion in Chaoyang county.Therefore,this article researches on entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation due to return of migrant peasants,then explores a new anti-poverty way of migrant peasants.To solve the problems,which exists in the process of returning migrant entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation in Chaoyang county,this paper researches and analyzes returning peasants in entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation two topics through practices in migrant entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation and development in parts of domestic,and the actual situation of Chaoyang county.First,the concepts are defined,which include poverty county,number of poor people,returning of migrant peasants and entrepreneurship for poverty alleviation.The theory is introduced such as the causes of poverty,the elements of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial environment.Then,the typical returning migrant entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation cases of Chaoyang county are listed under the county background.Comparing the characteristics of the returning migrant entrepreneurship in parts of domestic,the revelation is summarizes.Finally,according to the previous analysis and summary,the concrete suggestions are raised,which is to promote returning migrant entrepreneurship development in Chaoyang county,including to establish a work system of poverty alleviation building,to intensify poverty alleviation policy support and to strengthen business services for poverty alleviation measures.
