The Study Of Producer Services On Manufacturing Efficiency In Beijing City

With the innovation and high-precision development of manufacturing industry,improving manufacturing efficiency has become particularly urgent in Beijing city.However,the manufacturing industry in Beijing city still faces difficulties such as low efficiency and low cost.Meanwhile,producer services has made important contribution to economic growth,which has advantages of intensive knowledge and intensive capital.Followed the "industrial economy" to "service economy" transition trend in developed countries,it should take advantage of the development advantage of producer services to improve manufacturing efficiency in Beijing city.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature and development status of two major industries in Beijing,we study the impact of producer services and its segments on manufacturing efficiency in Beijing through the grey relational analysis.Furthermore,we put forward the moderating mechanism of producer services to manufacturing efficiency,namely,level of development of producer services can adjust the impact of technological innovation,human capital stock and regional economic on manufacturing efficiency.Finally,through the hierarchical regression method,we analyze the moderating effect of producer service on manufacturing efficiency.In the relationship between technological innovation,regional economic,the human capital and manufacturing efficiency,we analyze the moderating effect of development level of producer services.Through empirical analysis,the following results are as follows:firstly,there is a positive correlation between development level of producer services and manufacturing efficiency in Beijing city.The relationship between traditional producer services and manufacturing efficiency is weak,but modern producer services that finance and science and technology service and so on has a strong role in promoting manufacturing efficiency in Beijing city.Secondly,development level of producer services has a moderating effect on manufacturing efficiency in Beijing.Modern producer services show a strong moderating effect generally,but the moderating effect of traditional services is not significant,or has weak moderating effects.Thirdly,based on the regional economic development,producer services show a significant regulatory effect generally.Lastly,as the leading industry of producer services in Beijing,financial industry has a weaker moderating effect on promoting manufacturing efficiency.This paper studies the moderating effect of producer services on manufacturing efficiency from the micro level,which makes up for the defects of the lack of internal mechanism analysis.Meanwhile,from the perspective of Beijing manufacturing efficiency,this paper would enrich the research system of regional industrial relations and be meaningful to the economic development in Beijing City.
