Research On Material Distribution Strategy Of Multi Intelligent Distribution Unit In Job Shop Workshop

With the flexible production line of small batch and multi variety favored by society,job shop workshop is more and more treasured by enterprises.The material distribution,as naturally a key link in the production process,has also become a research direction of many experts and scholars.A timely,accurate and efficient material distribution scheme can not only guarantee the continuity and stability of production process,but also can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce production costs.In view of the lack of effective planning,low efficiency,high cost underlying material distribution,this paper focuses on the material distribution strategy,so as to realize the optimization of material distribution.This paper first describes the background and significance of the research,and introduces the current situation of material distribution through three aspects: material distribution model and distribution system,real-time control method and distribution path optimization.Then the concept,characteristics,objectives,components and solving methods of material distribution are described.According to the workshop window,capacity constraints,the distribution strategy of single task type material distribution strategy based on the shortest path for the target and multi task type materials is established,and the LINGO program and the adaptive genetic algorithm are designed to solve it,and get the economic and practical distribution plan,which plays a guiding role in the distribution process.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the rationality and validity of the model and algorithm.
