Research On The Impact Of Tongliao-Shenyang High-speed Railway On The Social Development Of Tongliao

With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the demand for high-speed railway transportation is constantly rising.In recent years,urbanization has accelerated dramatically in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,in 2014,urbanization of this city is nearly 4% higher than the average level of China.Therefore,in order to cater its own urbanization process,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region has been building the high-speed railway: Hohhot-Zhangjiakou high speed railway and Tongliao-Shenyang high-speed railway.Tongliao is an important transportation hub in northeast China.North China and northeast China are connected by this important channel.As the result,the construction and operation of Tongliao-Shenyang high speed railway plays an irreplaceable role in the social development of Tongliao.On February 10,2015,the the audit report for instructions of Tongliao-Shenyang high speed railway project was formally approved by the national development and reform commission.So,in order to make the building of Tongliao-Shenyang high speed railway plays an important impact on the social development in Tongliao,in this paper,we study the influence that Tongliao-Shenyang high speed railway will bring to Tongliao in advance.Firstly,we introduce the high speed railway social development influence theory,which is combined with the related researches at home and abroad that social development that the high speed railway will bring to underdeveloped areas.And then we analyze and summarize the impact that high speed railway will play on underdeveloped areas in China.Secondly,by introducing the current situation of the development and transportation in Tongliao,we analyze the gravity changes,accessibility degree changes and we calculate savings of travel time value.The high speed railway plays the indirect impact on the rest of the underdeveloped areas is used for reference by us,on the basis of which we have analyzed influence in this case,such as national culture dissemination,reasonable layout,the green industry development,the logistics industry development,environmental pollution and so on.Finally,combining with the resource conditions of Tongliao,in order to have the biggest social development affect in this case,the corresponding suggestions are given.High-speed railway plays a "double-edged sword" effect on underdevelopedareas,so the case does in this paper.By analyzing,the accessibility degrees will significantly improve in Tongliao,which will improve the transportation efficiency.However,the big cities around Tongliao will be more attractive,which may results in resources backflow phenomenon.So only make full preparations in Tongliao-Shenyang high speed railway construction period,this high speed railway will bring development opportunities to Tongliao.Otherwise,there will just be negative effects of " aisle effect ".
