The real estate plays an important role in economy in China,which have huge related industries and employees in upstream and downstream.The real state which has a significant influence on national economy and the people's livelihoodis a numerous and complicated system.The real estate marketing impact directly on every domains decision-making in many modules.The promotion of comprehensive theory of value can bring more social value and economic income for the enterprise and make more contribution and more inexhaustible motive force for real estate industry development.This thesis contains six chapters for elaboration.The chapter one and two will clarify the purpose,significance,method,writing structure and related theory.The chapter three will put forward the concept,and elaborate a series of problems the three projects meet in their procedures in S group.The chapter four put forward optimistical and most valuable solution towards three projects of S group,and bring deeply analysis,refinery and summary.The chapter five based on characteristics which is complete period overlapping cannot be included in certain period individually which is valuable in chapter 5 elaborate and analyze separately representative promotion of customer analysis value point.The summary and expectation is in chapter six.The contents of chapter one and two established via literature research method,chapter three divide time on front,middle and back three periods,analyze systemically on key matters of marketing modules promotional in every period.The chapter four adopt investigation method for prognosis on land value,and prove that the scientificity of calculation on land acquisition in early stage and operational promotion space,and adopt comparative research method for price system model imputed,demonstrate the selection of price system in medium period and practical promotion meaning of combination with application strategy,applyqualitative analysismethod to conclude the response plan on operation maintenance for brand and crisis management,elaborate promotion purpose on brand value and crisis management.The chapter five adopt quantitative analysis method connected example for customer analysis,explicit the logic module of customer analysis and meaning of valve point promotion of proximate analysis.
