Pierce first proposed the concept of psychological ownership in 1991,which is a kind of ownership that employees can feel psychologically.This feeling considers a physical body or virtual object(target)to be the same as "my" or "our".Psychological ownership gets a lot internal and external attentions for its effective explanatory and strong applied,which is still thriving.At present,China's market economy is still vaguely defined property rights,and under the background of regulation that is out of control.Can psychological ownership produce and play its due role?how to achieve highly consistent goal of convergence between family business owners and professional managers?This paper has selected the old-style banks in Yongshang firms,which is a rising star in our history in order to explore and ponder these issues.This paper convergences psychological ownership theory and relative factors that influence the managers interests seeking in local Yongshang firms,it raises the conception that professional managers mainly gain the work incentives through the sharing ownership of psychological;and the relationship between professional managers and the owner of the old-style banks forms the "we" awareness,which is the critical path that professional managers produces the psychological ownership.Through building Nash game model,the paper analyzes the behavior selection of professional managers in the process of professional managers cognitive psychological ownership,and restores the history and reality of the old-style banks in Yongshang firms,and this paper comparatively analyzes the factors differences in developing the psychological ownership and incentive design in Jinshang and Huishang firms.Through the study,this paper can gain the following conclusions:First,through the "ink contract" as the main content of explicit incentive mechanism,the old-style banks in Yongshang firms successfully cultivates the psychological ownership of professional managers;Second,developing the psychological ownership through long-term internal training and selection system is effective;Third,the regional mining of culture and the coupling arrangements of institution has a positive role in Improving psychological ownership,which is an effective way to avoid the moral hazard of professional managers,but the high psychological ownership will also motivate professional managers to make corporate encroachment.The innovation of this paper:First,from the view of influence factor of the psychological ownership factors,this paper analyzes the principal-agent problems in ancient old-style banks in Yongshang,which further expands the research field between ownership and control in Yongshang firms.Second,this paper makes a deeply excavation of the degree of improvement of psychological ownership in cultural factors,merchant faith and the management mode,and it comparatively analyzes the similarities and differences of incentive designs between Jinshang firms,Yongshang firms and Huishang firms.
