In recent years,the retailing industry is declining,and retailing executives frequently heard the message of change.According to statistics,for 88 listed retail companies published annual report or newsletter,according to the revenue and net profit of two indicators analysis,revenue fell 47%surface,the surface net profit fell 60%,and revenue net profit double down side is 33%,the loss of 15%,in general,the overall retail industry is facing downward pressure,poor performance along with the change of senior executives.Retail business growth research scholars at home and abroad in recent years,deepening the study found that many factors affect the growth of the retail business,at the same time,many scholars have studied the influence of executives of retail business growth,these studies achieved a lot,but flawed following two aspects,and therefore is provided herein further research directionsFirst,for executives Impact on retailing growth dynamics of the lack of,there are many entrepreneurs and researchers will explore the perspective of the management team on the retailing.Xu Qing and Zhou Hong Yong(2009)search from executives the ability to explore the impact angle.Ma Yue,Duan Bin(2010)explored the impact of the Board characteristics of business continued to grow,but these studies are taken into account from the perspective of static characteristic executives,senior executives had not changed into the retail business growth studies go.Second,recent studies of social responsibility are redistributed to retail research,research focused on the retail CSR Index System,the impact on consumer buying behavior and other retail social responsibility to fulfill.With social responsibility by the public increasingly concerned that important variables into the retail business growth impact study has important theoretical significance.Therefore,the core issue of this paper is to search the relationship between top executive turnover,CSR and the growth of the retailing;in addition,we also focus on changes to the executive level of CSR to fulfill the CSR of the impacts and how the specific indicators of retailing impact on business growth.Therefore,this article is mainly based on the stakeholder theory,theory and social network theory "structural hole" build retail executives change,social responsibility to fulfill the theoretical model and retail business growth.In this paper,retail financial data of listed companies announced its basic public information and data,using SPSS 22.0 for data analysis.Through the 225 sample data analysis,the main conclusions of this article are:(1)Changes to retail executives of listed corporate social responsibility to fulfill significant impact,the negative impact is related.(2)Executive changes significantly affect the listed retail business growth,this effect is related to negative.(3)Social responsibility to fulfill each index part of growing a significant impact on the retail presence of listed companies.Based on these findings,we propose the following recommendations for retailers to improve long-term growth performance:First,to reduce unnecessary and senior executives,stable executive team to ensure the implementation of a long-term strategy.Executives in the retail business strategy formulation and execution of key personnel,executives frequent changes may result in frequent changes of corporate strategy,business direction is unstable,and thus the existence of a negative impact on business growth.Enterprises should take appropriate incentives and evaluation mechanisms to select high-quality and stable executives,focusing on long-term development of the retail business,with strategic vision.Second,improve the executive team strategy development,strengthening corporate social responsibility management.Executives should adapt as people make the economic development of corporate social responsibility to fulfill the requirements,the fulfillment of social responsibilities included overall strategic planning,while focusing on long-term growth performance of the retail business,strengthening social responsibility,while clearly fulfill the social responsibility of retailers will promote long-term growth.Third,to strengthen corporate social responsibility,retailers should fully clear the importance of corporate social responsibility,social responsibility and a clear corporate stakeholders are closely related,but also with their own relevant executives.High performance CSR stakeholders will have a good knowledge of the enterprise,which are closely linked with the growth of the retail business,therefore,retail executives should strengthen awareness of social responsibility and actively promote social responsibility.
