By the choice of a way of enterprises in the market trading system environment.For as the transition economies of China,the external market is imperfect,as a result of the high transaction costs to promote enterprises to choose based on network way of trading,trading in the relational model.In addition to the relational transactions and business network model,and based on the enterprise with the main business network between supplier and customer based on the relational trading patterns,this kind of relations based on strategic cooperation,trust,or familiar,rely on a few major suppliers for purchasing and sales activities,customer is defined as a supplier/customer relational transactions.Of relational transactions relies on could trigger a "double-edged sword" effect:can use propulsion with important supplier/customer relationship specific investment strategy,supply chain integration as the parties get and strengthen competitive advantage to provide key support for a long time,there is the risk of loss of key suppliers,customers,and in order to maintain relational transactions and opportunism behaviors of the breed.According to the article about the definition of supplier/customer relational transactions,the proportion of enterprise top five supplier sourcing,the top five customer sales proportion respectively defined relational transactions between enterprise and its main suppliers and customers.Join the enterprise size,profitability,growth control variables such as multiple linear regression,to verify the supplier/customer relational transactions negative relationship with the company's information disclosure quality.For further research on supplier/customer relational trading relationship with the quality of information disclosure,this paper respectively from the perspective of industry characteristics and the marketization degree of the two groups regression and cross regression analysis,found that compared with non durable goods industry,supplier/customer relational transactions in the durable goods industry a negative relationship with the quality of information disclosure is stronger;When enterprises are in a different market environment,supplier/customer relational trading exists heterogeneity influence on the quality of information disclosure.Only in low marketization process,supplier/customer relational transactions and information disclosure quality has significantly negative correlation,the regions with high marketization process of this relationship is not significant.
