Overall, the listed company is representative, more dynamic, a booster of regional and national economic development, wind vane. Innovation is a decisive factor in the competitiveness of enterprises, But for companies in the developing countries, innovation is largely not the active choice of these industries or enterprises, Especially in some labor-intensive enterprises, when its mode of copying developed regions is not effected. The company's insufficient Innovation capacity and the lack of poor industrial competitiveness have become more highlights. Thus, the listed companies' innovation capacity, competitiveness and the relationship of them has become the key point of the research.The paper was based on the meaning of the companies' innovation capacity and competitiveness. Reference the "Oxford Innovation Manual" and the third edition of "Oslo Manual", From the actual situation of economic development in Shaanxi Province, combined the industry structure characteristics and properties of the listed companies in Shaanxi Province, to build the innovative capability and competitiveness indicators of Shaanxi Province. The paper formulated the indicators of innovation capacity of the listed companies from the input and output of innovation, systematically. Finally, Using statistical analysis software named SPSS, adopting principal component analysis, using the data in the 2011-2013 annual report of Shaanxi Province. The empirical analysis was applied among the innovation capacity, companies competitiveness in Shaanxi Province and the relativeness between them. The results show that:In the distribution industry, there are 24 in 41 listed companies distributed in the manufacturing sector, accounting for 58.54 percent, This reflects the dominant characterized position in the Manufacturing of Shaanxi Province; There exists significant differences between the level of innovation capacity and competiveness, appearing some volatility. Lacking of stability between the innovative capability and competitiveness of enterprises about the listed companies. The human input has positive effect on assets operating capacity, capital balance ability, growth and development ability, debt paying ability, operation security capabilities, profitability and safety management capacity are positive, and the most serious effect on profitability, and have the greatest impact on profitability; The technical achievements has also positive impact on the fund balance capacity, the ability to grow and develop, the capacity of paying the debt and profitability, and the biggest effect on assets operating capacity.Based on the results we conclude, Firstly, It should be encouraged to improve the public data disclosure of the listed companies. Especially for those data which can reflect the innovation capacity truly and accurately, such as the data about the listed companies'number of patent, R & D investment, and the number of R & D personnel data, etc, should be specifically presented in the annual report; Secondly, Shaanxi Province should actively encourage competitive enterprises among other pillar industries to be listed. Optimize its industrial structure to promote industrial development and balanced competitiveness of listed companies; Finally, We need to further strengthen research cooperation to enhance the listed company's innovation capability and core competitiveness, Thus, to improve the competitiveness of listed enterprises in Shaanxi.
