Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.People's income level and way of production,life has changed,all industries have been hit.In order to adapt to the development of the times,profound changes have occurred,the communications industry is no exception.Especially in twenty-first Century,the development of the Internet accelerated this change.Hunan mobile as a member of the communications industry,but also in the face of this change.Among them,the marketing channel as an important channel for sales in Hunan mobile,the impact is the biggest,urgent need of reform.In the current competition of the communications operators,the rapid development of the Internet in the background,the transformation of the physical marketing channel is inevitable,we have studied the marketing channel centralized management of Hunan mobile for this.This paper first analyzes the history of the development of the communications industry and the problems faced by the current problems,and points out the inevitability of the reform of the marketing channel centralization.Subsequently,we conducted a literature study.After the definition of the marketing channel,the development course of marketing channel theory and marketing channel management theory are studied in order to provide the theoretical support for the centralized management of the marketing channel.Then we analyze the current situation of Hunan mobile marketing channel,and point out the problems of Hunan mobile marketing channel.Next we analyze the marketing environment and competition situation of Hunan mobile,and carefully study the outstanding management case of the domestic and foreign operators and other industries,to provide reference for the next marketing channel centralized management strategy.Finally,according to our research on marketing channel theory,current situation and environment of Hunan mobile marketing channel,as well as the excellent case for reference,we put forward our own marketing channel centralized management strategy: do a good job of management support and service support,complete a unified hierarchical classification to rationalize the marketing channel system,at the same time with the unified fee collection,unified star ratings,then unified business authority to achieve centralized authority,unified personnel management to motivate staff enthusiasm,finally the unified channel service provides the high quality service for the channel.In this paper,the marketing channel centralized management strategy is not only supported by correlation theory,but also has some practical significance.It can provide specific measures for the centralized management of Hunan mobile marketing channel.At the same time,it can also provide reference for other enterprises to focus on marketing channel management.
