Research Of Purchasing Management For The Shipbuilding Enterprise Under Economic Crisis

In the economic crisis,manufacturing companies in China are faced with many arduous challenges,how to survive and develop better,and this forces to research of supply chain management.As we all know,purchasing management is one of the key links of the supply chain management.So,research and study on supply chain management and strengthening the level of it constantly,especially raising the level of purchasing management,has been turned to be the requirement of cultivating the competition,enlarging core edge,fitting to the development of contemporary global economic integration for every company.Firstly,this thesis entered from SCM theory ? purchasing management theory and supplier classification management theory,teasing the research background?objective ?method and frame of purchasing management under the economic crisis.Secondly,according to classical procurement management theory and combined with the actual purchasing management situation of W Company,studying and analyzing the current challenge faced with W Company,and trying to find out the optimum proposals to solve the problem.Finally,based on the optimization effect analysis of purchasing management of W Company under the economic crisis,to prove the effectiveness of the optimization suggestions and applicable to summarize general shipbuilding enterprises optimization suggestions.Through optimizing of existing purchasing management of W Company can not only make the new system for W Company,but also has reference practical significance to the development of other similar shipbuilding company.
