Under The Property Of Heterogeneity, A Study About Suitability Momentum Of China's Economic Growth In Different Region

Based on the background of "new normal" economy and the initiatives of "one belt and one road" power regional cooperation development,the economic development difference of different interval is obvious,and the economic growth momentum hidden behind is also different.The document of "Made in China 2025" points out that the manufacturing of our country is big but not strong compared with the advanced countries in the world,still facing serious task of transformation and upgrading and spanning development.Therefore,research the economic growth momentum of manufacturing in different areas and explore the regularity of economic growth momentum is important.Further,observe whether the different stages of economic development have the corresponding power mechanism to match and support or not and formulate corresponding policies and suggestions,which is of great significance to accelerate the construction of China's manufacturing industry and promote the process of industrialization.The theory basis of this paper is economic growth theories and the transformation mechanism of economic growth power factors.After brief clarify,and then identify the stages of economic growth of different interval and the corresponding economic growth power.Afterwards,this paper calculates the contribution rate of capital input,labor input and technology to the output growth in eastern,central and western areas,based on the panel data of China's manufacturing from 2000 to 2014 and the model of SOLOW.And also analyze the influence factors of total factor productivity of manufacturing in different interval.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the author put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.The results show that the most important factor in the development of manufacturing industry in our country is the capital investment.Compared with the contribution rate of labor input to output in the central and western regions,eastern region have been falling recently.Rather,the contribution rate of technological progress to output in the eastern region has been increasing than any other areas.The eastern area is the pioneer of the development of national innovation.The contribution rate of labor input of Midwest areas to output is on the rise.And the contribution rate of technological progress to output in the central region is obviously higher than that of the western region.
