Research On Risk Control Of Private Fund In ZS Securities Company

The brokerage industry in China is still a rising young industry,since the birth date is only 20 years.With the rapid development of the securities industry,the risk also exist in all aspects of the securities firms.The risk management and control is the first problem every securities company must first consider when doing business.With the world economic globalization and the rapid development of China's basic market,private equity fund business has become an important part of the securities company's revenue sources.However,because the private equity firms are uneven in quality,and imperfect system of risk in securities companies,leads to risk events often occur.The risk control in private equity fund products has attracted more and more attentions by the relevant departments of various securities companies,and no exception includes the ZS securities company.Private equity fund business as one of the important business of the company,the income of the company's overall revenue proportion is growing largely.The stand or fall of the private equity fund business will directly affect the overall future development of the company.In this paper,the risk control system of private equity fund products of ZS Securities Company is taken as the research object.Combining with the domestic and foreign research on risk control experience and practice,this paper analyzes the current situation of risk management of ZS securities company through the actual case of "ChongYang",studies and evaluates its risk elements at the same time.Finally,this paper summarizes the existing problems of risk control and further puts forward the future optimization suggestions.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,the contributions and limitations;The second chapter introduces the overview of private equity fund risk and risk control research;The third chapter describes the the present situation of domestic private equity funds and the existence of risk;The fourth chapter introduces the development status and risk factors of private equity fund of ZS securities company,and analyzes the main problems of risk control system in private fund of ZS securities company through a specific case of "ChongYang";The fifth chapter gives some relevant optimization measures,and designs the corresponding scoring tools;The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook for the future work.By studying the risk control system of ZS securities company's private fund systematically and combining with the actual work,the author strives to maximum support the private fund business under the premise of guaranteeing the risk control of the private fund business.
