| Economy in China has developed rapidly since 1978.However,it can not be ignored that the domestic economy has not developed evenly at the same time.Due to the geographic location and policy factors,a grate deal of factors of production and production departments have aggregated in the eastern area,the rate of economic development in eastern area is faster than the central and western areas,and the regional economic development disparities are enlarging.Our party and government have established the guidelines of balanced development,and paid high attention to leading industries in eastern area transferring to central and western area,hoping to narrow the regional development inequalities and promote the coordinated and balanced development.Continuing up the scale of regional industrial transfer,regional industrial transfer has already become an important policy of narrowing regional development inequalities and promote balanced development in China.But regions of China have different developing levels now,and the transfer of industry in regions displays great diversity,the influence of regional industrial transfer on regional economic development will be necessarily different.With the increasing influence of regional industrial transfer,the systemic pectination of influencing mechanism of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional development inequalities is very necessary in this realistic background,and explore further the real effect of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional economic development disparities.To explore the influencing factors of the real effect in this basis,it expects to narrow the regional economic disparities more effective by grasping the laws of regional industrial transfer and regional economic disparities.First,this paper does systemic pectination of influencing mechanism of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional development inequalities.Then,we use economic theory to analyze the influencing factors of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional economic disparities.Then,using the panel data from 2003 to2014 with control variables including population,the level of marketzation and financial expenditure to analyze the real effect of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional economic disparities by establishing static panel data model and dynamic panel data model.Then,it uses the mediating effect model to empirically test the influencing mechanism of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional development inequalities.To study the static characteristics and dynamic trend of factors,we use both conventional panel data regression with interaction terms andquantile regression to test the influence factors of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional economic disparities.The results prove that regional industrial transfer at this present stage can narrow regional economic disparities between eastern area and central area,but it does not narrow the regional economic disparities between eastern area and western area.Regional industrial transfer narrowes regional economic disparities between eastern area and central area by effects of material capital and human capital accumulation,technical progress and upgrading of industrial structure.The promotion of human capital and transportation infrastructure construction in undertaking area will help regional industrial transfer narrow regional economic disparities,the big technological gap have hindering effect for regional industrial transfer narrowing regional economic disparities.Finally,this paper holds that Chinese government at different levels should make scientific planning to ensure regional industrial transfer will proceed in an orderly way.Governments of undertaking areas should perfect transportation infrastructure construction to raise the level of public service and increase the human capital investment to raise the level of human capital.Government at different levels should build scientific mechanism of industrial transfer assessment and attach great importance to the influencing mechanism of regional industrial transfer narrowing regional development inequalities and make the best use of influencing factors to narrow regional economic disparities more effective by regional industrial transfer. |
