CDD company is the world leading power and automation multinational company.Fortune magazine world top 500.In China,established a CDD(China)Co.LTD.Focus on energy,industry,transportation and many other industries' s clients.Provide professional power and automation solutions,related equipment and follow-up service etc.Petrochemical industry business has become a very important part of CDD,service business act a big proportion of that.In recent years,the CDD China is expansion rapidly,especially in petrochemical industry,has a wide range of cooperation with big China petrochemical enterprises.Supply professional technical with significant influence.But,China's petrochemical industry‘s competition is increasing fiercely,especially due to international crude oil market's downturn,this make a lot of challenge for CDD ‘s customer.Therefore,CDD also encounter a certain challenges,its service marketing strategy present some problems.In this background,CDD needs to make deep study of current market situation for petrochemical industry,adjust it's service marketing strategy positively,combined with the actual external market environment and choose appropriate service marketing strategy,to promote the CDD company's market competitiveness,guarantee the long-term stable growth.This paper regard CDD company as the research object,using marketing 4P+3P theory analyze it's petrochemical industry service marketing strategy,with the help of Michael Porter's five forces Model analyzes CDD ‘s competition environment,and based on the SWOT framework study CDD's strengths weaknesses opportunities threats.Finally find out 5 service marketing strategy problems,point out how to solve the 5 problems as,improve service product localization,strengthen professional training to Sales,choice various promotion method,enhance core competitiveness of Selling channels,form Sales opportunities registration and conflict management system,to optimize internal competition...
