In the years of entity economy high speed development situation in our country,residents' wealth rapid growth,under the background of people's consciousness gradually increases in investment and financing,both relatively complete financial market and emerging markets,asset management business has become the financial industry is widespread in the way of financial services,in 2012 the national financial work conference on proposed a deployment " vigorously promote financial services".So in market competition,due to the homogeneity of the product,customer focused on product profit at the same time,also pay more attention to the services provided by the different companies effectiveness of services,service quality and service,so for the industry,to fight for market share is to develop customer and stock account management.This paper mainly through the review and analysis of the current situation of the development of China's fund industry and marketing problems,research on customer value and service marketing theory based on the case study,combined with the practice of GDJK company,analyze and research the 7P strategy of GDJK company's customer oriented marketing strategy based on the following GDJK how to better carry out the service marketing from the brand marketing,the formation of the trading team and customer relationship management are analyzed and studied.Homogenization of funds and open-end fund profits directly subject to the performance and size of the fund,and long-term rely on bank channels will lead to decline in profits.Under such background and under the pressure of any Asset Management Co may encounter business bottleneck,so it is necessary to reform the company positioning strategy,seize market opportunities,from the point of view of marketing,identification of customer value,and focus on customer value oriented,to develop in line with the company's marketing strategy,service driven sales,to fully tap the potential consumer market potential customers and individual customers,develop customer value oriented enterprise culture,so as to ensure sustainable profitability.
