Research On Risk Evaluation Of HG Financing Guarantee Corporation Based On Fuzzy Evaluation Method

As the mainstream of the guarantee industry,financing guarantee has played a positive role in providing financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises,optimizing the allocation of resources,promoting the construction and improvement of social credit system and promoting the development of social economy.As an emerging industry,in the development process will inevitably arise a variety of problems.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study and analyze the risk and prevention of financing guarantee companies.In this paper,HG financing guarantee companies from the risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment and take measures to illustrate the fuzzy AHP in financing the risk of the use of security companies in the process of management.In this paper,a large number of domestic and foreign literature on financial guarantee corporate risk management,HG financing for the risk of a comprehensive financing company and a systematic analysis,briefly introduced the HG financing guarantee company present situation and existing problems.Secondly,this paper compares the methods of risk identification and analysis and combines the characteristics of HG financing guarantee company to identify the risk factors by using expert survey method and makes a detailed analysis of the results to get the risk influence factors of HG financing guarantee companies.Considering the uncertainty and fuzziness in the risk of financing guarantee enterprises,a risk evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is proposed and its evaluation steps are analyzed in detail.In the end,this paper constructs the model and evaluates the risk of the HG financing guarantee company by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then carries on the effective research to the evaluation result,analyzes the reason of the risk problem in detail,and according to the actual situation of HG financing guarantee company In the organization structure,personnel training,examination and approval system,the use of tools such as improving risk prevention measures are given reasonable countermeasures and recommendations.
