The Research On The Credit Rating System Of Finance Companies In China

Since the first establishment of the finance companies was approved by the government on 1987,more and more finance companies have been built and also become an important force in China's financial market with their wide range of service industries.The research on the credit rating system of finance companies in China is conducive to the formation of scientific credit risk evaluation system,thus to achieve a reasonable spread income and to promote the improvement of the management performance of the finance companies.Currently,most finance companies provide credit rating not only without molding credit rating system but also lack of enough rating parameter,which results in the distortion ratings.Therefore,I shall try to combine my long term experience with reference to the credit rating related literature to build a new business credit rating system which is applicable to finance companies.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,together with the literature review,the research content and methods,the innovation point and limitation.The second chapter delivers the relevant theoretical knowledge of credit rating.The third chapter describes the current status of the industrial credit rating mechanism for finance companies,and discloses the existing problems.The fourth chapter,through the screening of the credit rating index,calculates and sets the index weight,selects rating methodology to construct our country's finance company credit rating system.The fifth chapter selects Beijing Enterprises Group Finance Company Limited as an example for analysis and ratings.The sixth chapter makes a summary of the credit rating system of this thesis,and make recommendations for the future direction of development.
