The initiating of advertising can be chased back to centuries ago while the booming development of modern advertising in China happens just in past decades.After the new media,the Internet,starts to spread,people quickly realize the huge potential and begin to enter this area.At the initial stage of Internet-based advertising,the design methods have no essential difference comparing to conventional advertising methods.Specifically,the way to present the ads,the charge scheme and broadcast mode are very similar to traditional advertising method.However,recently,the design of the Internet-based advertising has encountered a substantial change due to the rise of the Big Data.The concept of Big Data has just been proposed in very lately,but it has already affected numerous industries,particularly in finance and economy,public service,media and communication.The Big Data also makes critical challenges to the advertising industry,especially in its broadcasting method.For instance,the conventional Internet advertising has a single source to multiple users(SSMU)broadcast topology whereas the recent Internet based advertising method has a single source to single user(SSSU)or multiple sources to multiple users(MSMU)broadcast topology,which can greatly enhance the publicize efficiency.Base on the large sets of user data and computational resources,the new model of the Internet-based advertising has a more intelligent releasing method.Concretely,the modern ads can target to certain user or groups of users and release the specifically customized ads that are most interested by the users.This type of ads,in fact,more tightly linked the customer and source,which makes it more efficient.In this article,I will briefly explain few key concepts in the modern ads,which are the precise marketing,the RTB platform,and the customization.The interplay of these key concepts leads the advertisement industry into a new developing area.It also provides potential opportunities for forthcoming development.We finally discussed the two aspects of the future development of advertising based on current technology and method.Firstly,the new advertisement is mainly sat on top of the mobile terminal platform.The rise of mobile phones has replaced a lot of actions that we used to do with computer.Nowadays,we tend to use mobile phones to send and receive messages and browse the Internet.This trend has been captured by the information flow type of ads.Secondly,the personal information collected by the mobile terminal devices ensures the ads can be customized to users' interests.This method changes our guild line when design ads,from its broadcast effect to a more service focused aim.Base on the Big Data platform and its supporting technology,the modern ads not only bring the company to customer,but also bring customers to the company.On the other hand,we also need to recognize the potential issues that may be caused by the new types of ads,such as the management and ethical problems.This requires people within the area to solve the problem and maintain it proceeds to right direction.
