Research Of Agricultural Listed Companies Human Capital Investment Impact On Firm Performance

China is both a large agricultural country and a large population,agriculture in China's economic development in the status of pivotal.Agricultural modernization must rely on innovation-driven,talent is the foundation of innovation,innovation is the core elements.Agricultural listed companies are connected to the human capital and market media,enterprise profitability can automatically identify the market demand for high-quality agricultural human capital,and "accurate" to guide the direction of human capital investment.At present,the research results of human capital investment theory in our country are mostly researched from the four aspects of education,training,health and migration.However,most of the investment subjects are confined to the government and lack of research on the human capital investment of new business entities.Human capital investment does have a positive effect on agricultural development,but the current human capital investment efficiency is low;domestic scholars pay more and more attention to agricultural human capital investment,but the lack of professional means of investment,mostly evolved into a general policy.The main body of the investment in this study focuses on the backbone of the new business system-the agricultural market enterprises,the investment object focused on the agricultural industry talent,rather than the rural labor force,clear the agricultural human capital industry professional nature,rather than agricultural Regardless of geographical nature.By exploring the contribution of the investment of human capital to the performance of the agricultural enterprises,the paper puts forward the structural reform proposals of agricultural human capital investment supply side for agricultural listed enterprises.Based on this background,this paper studies the following:First of all,the author defines the concept of human capital investment of agricultural listed enterprises in this study by reading the relevant works of literature,and combs the related notion and classification of the human capital,human capital investment and enterprise human capital investment.Later,the author through the industry comparative analysis,found in the agricultural policy relaxed environment,the history of agricultural listed companies is still relatively negative.Secondly,the author through the 46 agricultural listed companies in 2015 annual report data to sort out and calculate the relevant human capital and human capital investment indicators,the descriptive statistical analysis of these indicators and found that China's agricultural enterprises listed on the scale of individual enterprises alone,The vast majority of enterprises are small-scale characteristics of the scale;human capital is generally showing irrational investment structure,investment problems.Thirdly,the author finds out the level of education,the entrepreneurial human capital investment and the short-term salary level have positive effect on the performance of the firm through the empirical analysis of the least squares estimation.Due to the low value-added production human capital stock in the employees of the agricultural listed enterprises The proportion of employees is too high,the number of employees on the performance of enterprises showed a negative effect.Finally,in view of the above analysis results,the structural reform of human capital investment in agricultural listed enterprises should pay attention to the following points: In the investment structure,increase the entrepreneurial human capital investment,technical human capital investment;Focusing on investment in the category,including on-the-job education and on-the-job training;the number of workers,especially the number of producers,should be appropriately reduced in scale selection.
