The Growth Research Of Dairy Listed Companies In China From Financial Perspective

With the increase of living standards,people’s health,nutrition,and so on various aspects of degree is higher and higher,dairy consumption has become a Chinese family universality of daily consumption.Under the national policy support and encouragement,and the rapid development of China’s dairy industry,dairy consumption is greatly increased.Dairy listed companies are dominant in the industry,dairy companies listed companies can be stable and healthy growth determines the development of industry and the rise and fall.So the dairy industry listed company’s growth has important significance for understanding the entire dairy industry development.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars on the research of the enterprise growth is more,the study of foreign scholars pay attention to the enterprise growth theory,the domestic scholars pay more attention to adopt empirical method to evaluate various areas of enterprise growth,limited specializes in dairy industry listed company growth literature,this paper research the growth of dairy listed companies.In order to guarantee the objectivity of the research,eliminates the qualitative indicators of subjective factors,there may be from a financial perspective,using the financial data to study the growth of dairy listed companies.First of all,on the basis of reviewing the related literature,this paper defines the enterprise growth,and expounds related theory;Secondly,combining with current situation of the development of dairy industry,and the characteristics of the industry,from a financial perspective,build the evaluation dairy enterprise growth system of listed companies,in order to guarantee the comprehensiveness and objectivity,this paper selects 15 indicators of six dimensions that reflect the ability of enterprise growth,profitability,capital operation ability,market expectation ability,scale ability and development ability;Finally,matching the research condition of 16 listed dairy companies,access to financial data from 2012 to 2014,using SPSS22.0 operating software for factor analysis,extract the six factors that reflect the growth of the enterprise and name them,enterprise on each factor score and total score,then ranked and analyzed.On the basis of analysis,some suggestions for future development are put forward in combination with the actual situation,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.Researches show that the overall growth of China’s dairy industry listed company is in good condition,most enterprises belongs to the relatively high growth and grow at a moderate speed,but the development gap among enterprises,and enterprise interior various ability development is not balanced,in addition,this paper also find that innovation ability is very important to the development of dairy enterprises.Dairy enterprise’s growth is mainly embodied in the development ability,scale ability,innovation ability,operating ability,profitability and asset expansion ability,these capabilities together determine the development of a business,and only a few of them are strong enough to achieve a higher overall growth.
