Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Shaanxi’s Agricultural Machinert Enterprises’ Transformation And Upgrading

China’s economic growth rate continues to decline in recent years,economic development has entered a new normal period.The main feature of the new normal agricultural economy is coordinated optimization of agricultural economy’s development speed,structure and power,namely the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.As an important part of China’s equipment manufacturing industry and the backbone of industry nurturing agriculture,agricultural machinery is an important material basis to change the mode of agricultural production,improve agricultural efficiency,and increase farmers’ income.Agricultural machinery can not only promote the improvement of agricultural economic benefits,but also can promote the conservation of resources and ecological improvement to achieve sustainable development of agriculture.During the “12th Five-Year” period the modern agriculture’s rigid demand,as well as a series of preferential agricultural policies’ implementation especially the farm machinery purchase subsidy policy,these factors resulted in rapid development of Shaanxi agricultural machinery industry and the level of agricultural mechanization.Compared with the strong agricultural machinery domestic province,agricultural machinery industry’s development in Shaanxi province is relatively backward,the development of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises are faced with the problem of small scale,intensified market competition,unreasonable product structure,backward management level etc..To become bigger and stronger,win the competition of the development of the agricultural market in the future competition,Shaanxi agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises must accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading to adapt to the situation.However the transformation and upgrading of agricultural enterprises are affected by many factors,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and identify these factors to speed up the process.Firstly,through literature review method the paper combs the connotation and theoretical basis of the transformation and upgrading,and then explores the current situation and existing problems of the development of agricultural machinery enterprises in Shaanxi province,analyzes the path of transformation and upgrading combined with the development trend of the industry.Based on the previous research and analysis of the status quo,this paper argues that the factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of agricultural enterprises in Shaanxi Province consists of the operating environment,enterprise resources and capabilities,independent innovation capability,policy environment.Finally,this paper makes a survey of the 119 agricultural machinery companies in Shaanxi by questionnaire,and makes an empirical study on the theoretical model of the affecting factors of transformation and upgrading through the structural equation model.The empirical results show that the model fitting degree is good,and enterprise s’ resources and ability,the ability of independent innovation enterprises operating environment is of relatively large significance to transformation and upgrading,while the policy environment have an indirect impact.According to the extent of their impact from large to small,the factors influencing the transformation and upgrading are sorted as follow: Enterprises’ resources and capabilities,independent innovation capability,industry environment.Among the factors that influence the transformation of enterprise development model,enterprise resources and capabilities have the greatest impact.Among the influencing factors that influence the sustainable profitability,the influence degree of independent innovation ability.
