With the economic globalization and market competition intensified,China's economy has entered a new stage of development,actively promote the construction of public entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere.China's national have high enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and innovation.However,with the growing number of new enterprises,entrepreneurial success rate is very low.The theory of organizational change that new ventures should not only realize the current development and adapt to the dynamic environment to meet the needs of the future,which requires the enterprise to achieve the organizational ambidexterity.However,research on the Organizational ambidexterity and firm performance of resource-based theory and resource dependence theory did not reach a unanimous conclusion based on,even because of two kinds of ability to compete for limited resources result in the failure of the enterprise,in addition,the new ventures have some characteristics of "new" and "small",which are affected by unfair factors such as lack of legitimacy,information asymmetry and incomplete performance record,which makes it difficult to obtain the necessary resources in the external market transactions.It is particularly important to identify and allocate the necessary resources in the internal and external environment and to improve the efficiency of resource utilization.Therefore,In this paper,the integration of resources as a mediator variable to study the effect of oganizational ambidexterity on corporate performance,to improve the oganizational ambidexterity and to achieve strategic matching has a guiding significanceFirstly,through the literature collection and collation,combing the resource based theory,resource dependence theory and entrepreneurship theory,and the variables in the research literature are reviewed and summarized,the research paradigm based on the ability to follow the behavior performance,established the model between the organizational ambidexterity,resource integration and firm performance and puts forward the research hypotheses,secondly,using questionnaire survey and interview methods to senior management part of new ventures in Shanxi city of Taiyuan province and the entrepreneurs as the investigation object,issued 500 questionnaires,and the recovery of valid questionnaires 324,based on the collected data were analyzed by statistical analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect test,finally obtained spss21.0 statistical software,the results of this study,and put forward opinions andsuggestions on the development path of new ventures.Through empirical analysis,the conclusions are as follows: Firstly,the balance Dimension of Ambidexterity(BD)and Combined Dimension of Ambidexterity(CD)are positively correlated with the performance of the enterprise,and BD has a greater influence on the firm performance than CD.Enterprises have to focus on ambidexterity in the team building,organizational structure and corporate culture.Secondly,the integration of resources was positively correlated with firm performance,resource picking and resource use have a significant positive effect on enterprise performance.Enterprises should actively build social networks and establish cooperative partnership,to improve enterprise market participation and collaborative innovation ability.Thirdly,the balance Dimension of Ambidexterity(BD)and Combined Dimension of Ambidexterity(CD)are positive to promote the resource integration variables of each dimension.Fourthly,resource identification and acquisition as well as resource allocation and leverage in the Organizational ambidexterity(Interactive)part of the intermediary role between competence and performance.
