Study On The Problems Of The Human Resource Management Of ICBC Faku Branch

In face of the main domestic competitors increase and loosen regulation of foreign banks operations,state-owned commercial banks facing unprecedented challenges.The level of human resources and talent management plays decisive role in facing challenges and improving competence for state-owned commercial banks.If the state-owned commercial banks want to have initiative in horizontal competition and develop the core competence,they should accept the concept that "human resource is the first resource" in each field of their development—from recruitment,talent cultivation,prevent the brain drain of talents,continuously improve the level of human resources and talent management and maintain competitive advantages.This paper focus on the problems in human resource management of ICBC Faku branch of Industrial and commercial bank of China through the questionnaire survey and the interview,analysis and solutions of these problems are based on the basic theories of human resource management.The paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is introduction,describes the background,purpose,significance and the frame of the research.The second chapter is the overview of human resource management theory,including the basic theory of human resources and the basic theory of human resources management.The third chapter introduces the present situation of the human resource management and human resource configuration of ICBC Faku branch.The fourth chapter analysis the problems and the reasons of these problems in human resource management of ICBC Faku branch,through the methods of questionnaire and interview research.The fifth chapter introduces the solutions and the advice for the problems in human resource management of ICBC Faku branch.
