The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the way of China's future,it is emphasized that we should take the road of innovation,that is to say to have an objective way of innovation.Premier Li Keqiang put forward the call of “public entrepreneurship” in 2014.In the era of information technology,the rapid transfer,replacement and sharing of information bring convenience to enterprises,but also make enterprises in dynamic environment face unprecedented challenges.Enterprise is the national economy's sustained,rapid and steady development of the driving force,and actively respond to national policies,promoting technological innovation and personal innovation(especially the knowledge staff has the functions of high technology)has become mandatory under the background of the enterprise information strategy based on the development of the.In the era of innovation,enterprises not only need to fully obey the staff of the organization,but also hope that the worker can give full play to their own creativity,the use of their unique creativity to promote the development of enterprise innovation.Therefore,how to inspire and encourage the innovation behavior of knowledge workers has been paid more and more attention by many researchers.As the manager of the wealth of the enterprise,the employee is the creator of the wealth of the enterprise,how to combine the leadership style and employee behavior is very important.Transformational leadership unique creative and innovative charm with heart authorization perspective,from the perspective of worker satisfaction can be confirmed to promote inventive behavior of employees in the relevant scholars,but the research is still on the relationship from the perspective of emotion involved less.This article is loyal to the emotional position,organizational commitment as a bridge between the two factors,the establishment of the model framework,the use of data for research to fully confirm.This study involves the concept of literature review based on the study model structure on the basis of theory demonstration,and puts forward the main assumptions and hypothesis,through regression analysis of survey data,further verify the proposed hypothesis and draw the conclusions of this study,mainly has the following several points:in virtue of transformational leadership factor,the other three components were significantly positive effect for the innovation behavior of knowledge workers;organizational commitment in the process of transformational leadership and its virtue in factor of the other three factors on innovation behavior of knowledge workers are to transfer utility.Compared with the previous research,the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge worker's innovative behavior was assessed by using the affective factors,so as to supplement the research of the relationship between transformational leadership and knowledge workers.At the same time,combined with the results of the this study,how to implement innovative development strategies for enterprises to give a virtual guidance.
