Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Management Problems Of Taxi Industry In Dalian

For a long time,the reform of China's taxi industry management has attracted much attention.With the wide use of Internet technology,the industry has brought great opportunities and challenges;the taxi industry has not been spared.Because of the degree of economic development in different regions,the taxi industry management reform is also different,but the taxi industry are faced with how to solve the problem of common number control,market supply and demand imbalance,and the net car about the conflict of interest.In Dalian City,the taxi industry management is also very obvious,such as distance based discrimination and soliciting taxi parking irregular,Dalian characteristics of the black car phenomenon,a serious impact on the Dalian city taxi industry market order.Dalian taxi industry management is not perfect,the service is not in place,and the legal policy is not perfect,it is worth us to study the various problems in the management of the taxi industry in Dalian.Through the investigation and search,and analyzed the data,research on the problem of the taxi industry in Dalian city in the management of market failure,government regulation,supervision of the supply and demand imbalance,legal protection and other industries,to seek corresponding solutions.First of all,through access to a large number of references,and learn from the city taxi industry at home and abroad advanced management experience and management mode,analyzes the status and problems of Dalian city taxi management with actual data.Secondly,based on the theoretical foundation of public administration as guides,and using the related theory of economics and law,through in-depth theoretical analysis,explore the reasons of management problems of Dalian taxi industry,in comparison with each other in finding feasible method for solving the management of the taxi industry in Dalian city.Finally,combining with the actual situation of Dalian,carry out a series of system design,make full use of the method of theory and practice,to ensure the feasibility of the system design,and then explore the countermeasures to solve management problems of Dalian taxi industry.Because of the taxi industry in our country is still in the stage of development,the domestic research on the management of the taxi industry mainly uses administrative system as the research object,and study the related legal systrem and on the basis of economics theory is not perfect.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of the taxi industry management from three aspects of economics,law and public management can enrich the management theory of the taxi industry.At the same time,based on the reality of the taxi market in Dalian,the paper analyzes the causes of the problem,and then seeks a solution for the system design,which has strong operability.Therefore,in this paper,we insist on innovation in the times,hoping to contribute to the reform of the management of the taxi industry in Dalian modest.
