With the development of China's economy,Brand has become the core of enterprise development.Which is also a key means to enterprises that enhancing market share,stabling existing market share.So the role of the brand is recognized by more and more enterprises and more and more enterprises began to create their own brand.Operating and managing the brand is to build their own advantages of the brand and enhance the corporate brand awareness and reputation gradually.In the market conditions of the economic globalization,Xing-zhong Technology Co.,Ltd.must implement the brand development strategy strongly to maintain the leading position in the fierce competition in the market.On the basis of system research on brand development strategy theory,this paper,which takes the brand development strategy as the research object,analyzes the environment of the development strategy and the brand,found the problem of the implementation of brand development strategy and analyzes the cause of the problem of Xing-zhong Technology Co.,LtdI try to combine the modern enterprise brand development strategy theory and several years of work experience,and on this basis,explore the internal and external situation of Xing-zhong Technology Co.,Ltd.in detail Analyze the company's brand by PEST analysis,Porter's five force model and SWOT analysis model to identify brand positioning,brand communication and brand protection strategy.Finally,I made a suggestion which is Suitable for Xing-zhong Technology Co.,Ltd.brand development strategy implementation.
