The Study On Financial Fraud Of The Manufacturing Listed Companies In China

The authenticity of financial information of listed companies is an important guarantee for the effective operation of capital market.Financial fraud on the public disclosure of information tampering and distortion seriously affect the healthy development of China’s listed companies.Financial fraud not only seriously damaged the allocation of resources in the capital market,but also violated the interests of investors.As an important part of China’s listed companies,the financial fraud of the manufacturing industry has seriously hindered the development of China’s economy in good order.In recent years,the financial fraud of Manufacturing Listed Companies in our country has occurred constantly,it is worth to study and analyze the causes and methods,so as to explore some effective management methods.In June 4,2015,the Commission investigated Geeya Technology.The following year in January,Geeya Technology recognized the existence of fraud and the existence of major shareholders to occupy the company’s funds,resulting in inconsistent with the accounts.In the adjustment report,the total amount of adjustment of the 9 indicators by Geeya Technology is about 1 billion 200 million yuan,which is shocking.This article first carries on the literature in the study of fraud causes the collation and summary,as well as the research development,and introduces some fraud theories.Secondly,this article selects 45 manufacturing from 2011-2015 for providing false financial reports in China CSRC,Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange penalties listed companies as research samples,using statistical methods to describe the causes of financial fraud in China on statistical analysis and case analysis and other methods of manufacturing listed companies,comprehensive analysis the fraud triangle theory,and select Geeya case for analysis.Finally,the case of Geeya Technology fraud was analyzed.Based on the means and reason analysis of Geeya fraud,this paper puts forward some effective measures to prevent financial fraud according to the actual situation of our country.
