Credit rating is a method for investors and users to understand the bonds and other investment instruments' credit status, which relying on the rating theory and scientific rating method, in order to the rate enterprises and their bonds and reveal the credit risk.The development of credit rating in the market is an indispensable part. Now China's economy market process continues to accelerate. Promoting credit rating agency level in our country has become a pressing matter of the moment. Accurate rating of enterprise and bond rating agencies is the responsibility for the whole market.In this paper, the research method is case analysis and comparative analysis. By analyzing the case, this paper analyzes the problem of the rating of the bonds issued by the third party rating agencies. This paper introduces the research background and significance of innovation, research ideas and methods, literature review, and shortcomings of the thesis; the first chapter, it introduces the information of Dagong Global Credit Rating Co.Ltd and Kunming Dianchi Investment Co.Ltd's bond, as well as the rating process. The second chapter, through the process of Moodie company's rating method on Kunming Dianchi Investment Co.Ltd's bond, compares and analyzes the credit rating methods of Moodie and Dagong, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of Dagong's rating methods; the third chapter, offering the infrastructure credit rating method development suggestions.This paper takes Kunming Dianchi Investment Co.Ltd's bond as a case, describing the process Dagong's credit rating method of infrastructure industry's corporate bond,and through international rating firm Moodie's compare, putting forward the suggestions for improving the infrastructure industry's rating method.
