Research On The Income And Expenditure Gap Of China's Basic Pension Insurance Fund

With the increasing aging population in China,the continuous developing economy and society,and the improving requirements of dwellers' material life,more and more people pay attention to basic old-age security system of spot and future old-age security level which is an important livelihood issues.The basic old-age insurance in the whole social security plays a very important role in the architecture,because it covers a wide range of people,the number of funds is large in scale,the fund income and expenditure balance is long in cycle,and therefore can have a profound impact on economic and social development.This paper studies China's basic old-age insurance fund balance of payments situation and gap problem in general concentration.Taking the comprehensive urban population growth in China,the change of the social economic development trend and the related basic old-age security system reform policies and regulations adjustment and other factors all into consideration,using the principle and method of mathematical statistics,the paper analyze and forecast China's basic old-age insurance fund income and expenditure situation with mathematical model,which can provide the basis for follow-up research according to China's basic old-age insurance fund revenue and expenditure gap problem practice.Based on the carding and analysis of the causes of the gap from system,management and financial aspects,a corresponding analysis put forward effective control and improvement of the causes of the current and future solutions of China's basic pension insurance fund balance of payments problems and improvement measures,so as to gradually realize the basic old-age security system of our country sustainable balance,promote economic and social reform development stability,guarantee the harmonious development of the society and the people's livelihood.
