The Research On Business Model Based On The Operation Plantform On The Internet Of Things For Urban Gas

The urban gas industry in China has seen its boom together with the accelerating application of gas in response to environmental protection.Therefore,the enterprises of urban gas supply should play an essential role.Meanwhile,the accelerating integration of the Internet of things with many traditional sectors has brought new commercial value.Due to technical restrictions on the gas enterprises,the application of the Internet of things is staggering.Besides,the unitary business mode calls for innovation urgently.This article will approach from the understanding of the relevant concepts on business modes and make the primary summarization and analysis of the features and relevant driving factors of business modes.On the basis of the relevant theories on the stakeholders,the author brings forward the design of the business mode of the urban gas by combining the understanding of the gas market and the status quo of the urban gas operation in China with the Internet of things system of the urban gas as the platform.Besides,the author also verifies the feasibility of this business mode and some discussions and analyses of the further development of this business mode with the case in operation by Beijing Chuntang Tech.Co.,Ltd.And the relevant studies can provide references and examples for the business mode innovation of the urban gas industry.
