Research On Collaborative Development Of Port Logistics And Foreign Trade

The global economic growth has slowdown since the financial crisis break out,the import and export trade also has affected,in order to revitalize the economy,expanding opening-up scope,and carry out economic and trade cooperation with other countries,Chinese government decide to build new 21st century maritime Silk Road with ASEAN,aim at strengthening the national interconnection,realize mutual benefits.As two important basic point of building sea silk road,the positive interaction between port logistics industry and foreign trade industry will Accelerate the implementation of this strategy.The existing research on the relationship between port logistics and foreign trade still in infant phase,except that,most of literature treat the mutual interactive relationship between international logistics and international trade as objective.However,there are few articles focus on the interactivity of port logistics in Fujian Province and trade between Fujian province and ASEAN.This article based on existing researches,in view of these shortcoming of existing articles,utilize synergy theory and game theory analyze the relationship between port logistics and foreign trade,via qualitative analyze(mechanism)and quantitative(model)analyze,besides,this article select the relationship between Fujian Port Logistics and Fujian-ASEAN trade as an object for empirical analysis.The main contents and conclusions as follows,Firstly,explain the synergetic relationship between port logistics and foreign trade from both macro and micro perspectives.From the macro perspective,the port logistics and foreign trade promote each other,which have a good effect on the regional economies.From the micro perspective,using game theory model to analyze the synergetic motivation of port logistics and foreign trade.Secondly,use synergy theory and apply gray correlation analysis method to improve coordination model to establish the synergetic degree model of port logistics and foreign trade,which is used to measure the synergetic effects of port logistics and foreign trade.Thirdly,combine with port logistics in Fujian province and trade between Fujian province and ASEAN to analyze their synergetic degree,meanwhile,based on the measurement of its synergetic degree,analyze the factors which influence the synergetic degree.As the research result showed,in recent years,the synergies of port logistics in Fujian Province and trade between Fujian province and ASEAN always in a low degree status.The main reason is lack of efficient co-operation of both system and safeguard mechanism,which seriously restrict the coordinated development of them.According to the empirical analysis results of port logistics in Fujian province and trade between Fujian province and ASEAN,we put forward suggestions to promote the coordinated development of port logistics in Fujian Province and trade between Fujian province and ASEAN.
