As per development plan of State Grid Corporation of China,the power transmission and distribution industry will maintain vigorous growth in the period of "12th and 13th five-year plan".With wide application of UHVDC technologies,almost all core equipment&device can be manufactured domestically.However,UHVDC transformer bushings still depend upon imports badly.Huge cost and unsteady delivery time is a jeopardizing factor against UHVDC projects of China.In the year of 2014,after successful type test,the ±800kV UHVDC bushing,designed and produced by T Company,starts to be used on T Company's products of Hami-Zhengzhou ±800kV UHVDC project and other projects with excellent performance and enters the market as well.This bushing not only fills the domestic gaps,but also matches or even outrun same category bushings manufactured by international companies like ABB in terms of technology.In other words,this bushing smashes the foreign technology&price monopoly,and contributes stable technical support to UHVDC construction of China.This thesis analyzes the current marketing status and difficulties for T company-made ±800kV UHVDC Bushing.At the same time,with consideration of the current situation of power transmission and distribution industry and the development strategy of T Company,this thesis also makes a detailed analysis upon future market prospects and marketing strategy of the" ±800kV UHVDC bushing ",and provides feasible proposals for the same as well.This thesis mainly focuses upon market positioning and marketing strategy of±800kV UHVDC bushing of T Company.Due to difficulties of the bushing entering market,it is started with a comprehensive analysis about T Company:first is general introduction about development situation and R&D status of T Company,second is the analysis of ±800kV UHVDC bushing from the macro view of politics,economy,society and technology environment;third is the technical capability comparison between T Company and its competitors;last part is SWOT-basis analysis upon ±800kV UHVDC bushing of T Company,and proposals of marketing strategies and safeguards for the same.This thesis is to provide theoretical and methodical support for market exploration&domination of ±800kV UHVDC bushing of T Company.At the same time,hopefully this thesis can be referred to when T Company's Marketing department is making its strategies,or even contribute to the development of China's UHVDC industry.
