Research On Evaluation Of Internal Control Of Administrative Institution

In recent years,frequently occurred in the ccorruption of administrative institution has exposed the administrative institution of our country's own internal mechanism is not sound.The key to solve the problem is to improve the administration institution,put the power into the system of the cage and form a long-term mechanism to prevent corruption.Against this background,Administrative Institution Internal Control Norms(Trail Implementation)put into use,which takes the important step of the administrative institutions internal control However,because of a series of guiding measures hasn't come,the administrative institution doesn't have the relevant reference standard in the process of actual execution,also it can't get the effective assessment,so it is necessary to do a deep research on the administrative institution's internal control.In this paper,the existing research results are summarized,and combine with the theory of signal transmission,principal agent theory and PDCA theory,this paper puts forward the necessity of implementing internal control evaluation;and then,the author mentioned the form of the administrative institution internal control assessment,mainly explained the presupposition,subject,object,standard,process,conclusion and report.,of which,the fifth chapter gives an in-deep study on the assessment standard and puts forward some proposals for designing assessment standard.After that,the author analyses the examples of Shenzhen Transportation Committee.In the end,the author explain the search conclusions and with the tendency of the government's internal control having a reasonable expectation for the ways of internal control in the later research of the government.Finally it will point the limitation of this paper.Through research,this paper build up a whole form of administrative institution internal control and have an exploration of the evaluation standard of evaluation index which proposed a new idea of the score.
