Currently the concept of corporate social responsibility in our country is increasing, the relevant laws and regulations, policies are gradually improving, gradually formed oversight regulatory system, it can be said of corporate social responsibility movement has made some progress. But corporate events harm the public interest of society still have occurred, in addition to resources and environment, the domestic reports about food safety, product quality and other common events, all kinds of injury accidents caused by the number of casualties soared, final salary arrears lead to undesirable consequences, and companies have to pay a painful price. This begs the question why the whole society to promote "people-oriented" and "sustainable development" Today, these problems are also still exist? Why all relevant laws and regulations are constantly being modified and improved, continue to strengthen supervision in today, such things also occur? In a variety of seemingly standardized system and measures a series of corporate social responsibility and behavior are still missing common phenomenon, which had thought-provoking.China scholars in research at this area started late and relatively weak basis, it has yet to identify a single. Currently moving domestic research and demonstration of corporate social responsibility because most of the dispersion, of fragmentation. Therefore, in this paper to collate and summarize relevant research results on the basis of China's listed companies on corporate social responsibility motivation summarized into two parts, namely, self-interest drivers of internal and external factors of corporate social institutional environment dynamic liability because of a problem to explore.Firstly, theoretical research, at home and abroad on corporate social responsibility in the internal motivation factor of economic incentives and external motivation research system pressure factors on corporate social responsibility movement research status and results due to be reviewed and summarized, clear this study priorities and propose moving corporate social responsibility by including corporate profitability, growth and scale internal corporate performance factors, as well as the legal system perfect degree, and government regulation, and product market competition and other external environmental factors, and based on corporate social liability theory, system theory to deduce the environment in this paper several hypotheses. On this basis, the paper used 2008-2012 all listed companies with disclose social responsibility report in 13 industries as samples, select the appropriate variables and construct multiple regression model to test hypotheses. This article finally draws the following conclusions:The company's internal motivation factors from the economic performance of enterprises, corporate profitability, growth capacity, firm size and financial condition to fulfill corporate social responsibility is proportional to the situation. Companies in order to get more revenue in the long run performance, they have to fulfill social responsibilities, while good economic performance status of enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility and better performance.External moving companies because the degree of perfection from the legal environment, government regulation and intervention in the economy, and product market competition and other factors, and we draw some conclusions are:better legal environment for corporate social responsibility, the better the performance. Better government regulation, the better the performance of the social responsibility. Lower the degree of economic intervention, the better the performance of corporate social responsibility.At the same time we find that, in the present stage of market competition in the market mechanism cannot fully play its role in optimizing the allocation of resources, which is due to government intervention in the economy has not yet fully liberalized, market-oriented reform has not been completed.Innovation of this paper are:(1) the introduction of market competition factors external factors CSR Motivation, which is based on the dynamic mechanism of corporate social responsibility in the existing research, public pressure from the community and stakeholders in consumer demand pressure induction and summary. Theory suggests that moderate competition in the market businesses are more concerned about public opinion and consumer demand-oriented, and therefore more likely to establish a good corporate image by fulfilling non-mandatory social responsibility, but at the present stage, because the market competition mechanism the level of market constraint is not yet perfect. (2) Most of the studies is to get the existing sample data through questionnaires, making data analysis lack of accuracy and objectivity. And in this study, we used social responsibility report financial data disclosed by listed companies. And I think used the Chinese listed companies on corporate social responsibility motivation factors are analyzed, such conclusion more convincing, but also more consistent with the current basic situation in China. (3) By inspecting the corporate social responsibility motivation, find internal motivation due to the presence of joint interaction between external and dynamic, and form a relatively complete system of motivation.
